Custom plantation shutters in Foothill Ranch

Foothill Ranch is four miles from the Lake Forest factory. Most of the install crew has driven through it on the way to or from work, and many of them know the floor plans here because they've installed in most of the streets at least once over the years. The Foothill Ranch tracts (built mostly in the 1990s by Standard Pacific and Lennar) share enough architectural DNA that we know what to expect on a measurement visit before we arrive.

The typical Foothill Ranch home has a two-story foyer with a tall accent window, a family room with sliders to the patio, and a primary bedroom upstairs with a bay or bumped-out window. Real basswood plantation in white, with 3.5-inch louvers, is the most-asked-for combination here. For the western tracts closer to Whiting Ranch Wilderness Park with the strongest afternoon sun, we'll sometimes recommend Polylux instead.

A four-mile drive means same-week consultation and install scheduling is the default, not the exception. Once material is ready, panels go from the finish booth onto our truck and into your house in a single morning. Adjustments after install, if needed, happen the same week, not the same month.

Foothill Ranch borders Lake Forest, Portola Hills, and the edge of Mission Viejo. Many of our customers here started as referrals from a neighbor whose house we did five or ten years prior.
