Custom plantation shutters in Laguna Hills

Laguna Hills was our backyard from day one. Nellie Gail Ranch, with its equestrian estates and the larger custom-built homes along the bridle trails, is one of our most consistent install areas in South Orange County. Laguna Hills Estates and Laguna Crest fall in the same category: larger floor plans, taller ceilings, and the kind of two-story openings that need our 48-inch panel width to cover without an awkward center mullion.

Valley View and Mariposa lean toward more standard floor plans, mid-grade plantation work in basswood, white, with 3.5-inch louvers. They're some of our easiest installs and some of our fastest turnarounds. Once measured, most few-room jobs ship and install in three weeks.

The Nellie Gail homes are where the more interesting mill work shows up. Bay windows that don't match a catalog angle, French doors with cutouts for the original hardware, arched accent windows that the builder installed before the trim was finalized. We mill to the actual opening, not the nominal opening, which is the difference between a panel that seats flush and one with a finger-width gap.

Laguna Hills is 10 minutes from our Lake Forest factory on the 5. Most same-week consultation-and-install scheduling is normal here. We have neighbors stop by the factory unannounced for a quick look at materials, and we have the parking for it.
