Aliso Viejo is where one of the owners has spent most of his life. He raised his family in Laguna Audubon, coached Ranch Niguel Little League, and supported St. Mary's Christian and Aliso Niguel High School through the years his kids were in them. The same patience and pride that built up those local commitments is what we bring to every shutter that gets installed here. It's not theoretical.
The AV homes we work in span the full Aliso Viejo build, from the older Glenwood and Pacific Ridge tracts to the newer Town Center-adjacent floor plans. Most have the typical Orange County mix: bay windows in the front rooms, sliders to a patio in the back, and arched accent windows that the original builder put in without thinking through how anyone would treat them. We mill to the actual opening, not the catalog standard.
For most AV interior rooms, basswood plantation shutters in a 3.5-inch louver is what we recommend. For the homes closer to the Aliso Canyon ridgeline with strong west-facing sun, our Polylux hybrid handles the heat and UV without yellowing.
Aliso Viejo is about 15 minutes from our Lake Forest factory on the 73. Most few-room installs wrap in a single afternoon.
