Anaheim Hills & Lake Forest
Anaheim Hills sits up against the Santa Ana Canyon ridgeline, which means a lot of the homes we install in have strong east-west sun exposure and hillside views that the owners do not want to block with the wrong window treatment. The Colony, Summer Park, Viewpointe, and the Anaheim Hills West tracts each have their own pattern, but they share the same problem: how to let in the morning light without watching the room heat up by noon.
For most AH homes with strong west or south exposure, our Polylux hybrid is the right call. It blocks heat and UV the way real wood does without the yellowing or finish breakdown that a sun-loaded room will eventually do to even our ten-step finish. For interior bedrooms and bathrooms, real basswood plantation in white is the most-asked-for.
The 241 toll road puts us 15 minutes from most AH addresses. Same-week consultation and install scheduling is normal. We bring physical samples of basswood, Polylux, and full polyresin to the in-home appointment so you can see how each material reads in the actual light of the room, not on a showroom floor.
The two-story foyer windows that are common in the Anaheim Hills custom builds are some of our more involved measurements. We mill to the actual opening and hang panels that operate cleanly from a standing position.

Strong afternoon sun loads the wood frame with heat and UV that even the best finish eventually shows wear from. Our Polylux hybrid has a UV-stable composite shell over a hardwood core. It holds finish indefinitely in sun-loaded rooms.
About 15 minutes on the 241 Toll Road. We handle most consultation and install visits in the same week once the order is placed.
A Golden West designer comes to your Anaheim Hills home with samples, measures every opening, and provides a written estimate. No charge, no obligation.
