Yorba Linda & Lake Forest

Yorba Linda is the northeast end of our Orange County service area, about 30 minutes from the Lake Forest factory on the 91. The YL homes that come to us are typically the larger Kerrigan Ranch, Travis Ranch, and East Lake Village estates, with the kind of two-story openings and entry-level arched tops that don't fit a catalog set.
Hidden Hills along Yorba Linda Boulevard tends toward the older equestrian-flavored estates with wider, deeper openings and more complex trim. East Lake Village is more consistent newer-build. Travis Ranch and Kerrigan Ranch fall in between. Across all of them, the recommendation is usually real basswood plantation in white, 3.5-inch or 4.5-inch louver, with the louver size depending on opening height and ceiling line.
The two-story openings in the foyers of these YL homes are where we get the most questions. Stock shutters don't reach. Our 48-inch panel width and the way we hang upper and lower panels on a continuous tilt rod means a foyer that looked like it needed three pieces of hardware ends up with a clean two-panel solution.
Yorba Linda is 30 minutes from the Lake Forest factory on the 91. Most full-home jobs ship and install in three to five weeks.
