Fullerton & Lake Forest
Fullerton is at the northern end of our regular service area, 31 miles from our Lake Forest factory and about 35 to 45 minutes on the 5 or the 57 depending on traffic. Most of our Fullerton work is referral-based. A neighbor in Sunny Hills had us in for a primary suite and family room, and a neighbor down the block calls a few months later.
The Fullerton homes we install in tend to fall into a few patterns. Sunny Hills and Raymond Hills have the larger 1960s and 1970s custom-built homes, often with hillside views, two-story foyers, and bay windows in the great room. Las Palmas and Amerige Heights lean toward newer master-planned floor plans with more consistent trim. Downtown Fullerton has the older Craftsman and Spanish-revival stock that needs custom-mill work on the original frames.
For most Fullerton interior rooms, real basswood plantation in white with a 3.5-inch louver is the most-asked-for combination. For the hillside Sunny Hills and Raymond Hills homes with strong afternoon sun, our Polylux hybrid handles the heat and UV without yellowing.
The longer drive means we typically schedule Fullerton installs as full-day jobs. Once measured, most full-home projects ship and install in three to five weeks. The crew that builds the panels installs them, with no third-party handoff.

These hillside homes often have larger windows, bay openings, and strong afternoon sun. A 4.5-inch louver in basswood plantation works well, with Polylux for the west-facing rooms with the strongest UV exposure.
