Chino Hills & Lake Forest

Built in Lake Forest, installed in Chino Hills

Chino Hills is the western-most city in San Bernardino County, on the OC border. The drive from our Lake Forest factory is about 23 miles, typically 30 to 40 minutes on the 71 and 91 depending on traffic. Chino Hills homes are mostly newer-build master-planned tracts: Soquel Canyon, Sleepy Hollow, Vellano, and the older Los Serranos and Carbon Canyon hillside neighborhoods on the Brea border.

For most Chino Hills interior rooms, real basswood plantation in white with a 3.5-inch louver is the most-asked-for combination. The Soquel Canyon and Vellano floor plans have consistent openings and standard trim. The Carbon Canyon and Los Serranos hillside homes with stronger east-west sun exposure often benefit from a 4.5-inch louver and our Polylux hybrid for west-facing rooms.

The larger custom-built homes in the higher elevations of Carbon Canyon and Soquel Canyon often have two-story foyers, bay windows, and arched accent windows that need our 48-inch panel maximum to cover without an awkward mullion. We mill to the actual opening, not the nominal opening.

The drive is short enough that same-week consultation and install scheduling is the default for most Chino Hills addresses. Once material is ready, panels go from the finish booth to your house within the week. The crew that builds the panels installs them.
