Diamond Bar is in eastern LA County, on the San Bernardino border. The drive from our Lake Forest factory is about 30 miles, typically 37 minutes on the 57 and 91 depending on traffic. Diamond Bar homes span a few distinct areas: The Country Estates with its gated custom-built homes on larger lots; Castle Rock with mid-grade newer tract stock; Walnut Valley with the older 1970s and 1980s tract houses; and the hillside North Diamond Bar neighborhoods with strong east-west sun.
The Country Estates homes tend to be the most architecturally elaborate, with custom trim profiles, two-story foyers, bay windows, and arched accent windows that need our 48-inch panel maximum and 4.5-inch louver. The recommendation is almost always real basswood plantation in white, with Polylux substituted for any west-facing rooms with strong afternoon sun.
The Walnut Valley and Castle Rock floor plans have more consistent openings and standard trim. Real basswood plantation in white with a 3.5-inch louver is the most-asked-for combination for these.
The drive is short enough for same-week consultation and install scheduling on most Diamond Bar addresses. Once material is ready, panels go from the finish booth to your house within the week. The crew that builds the panels installs them.
