Custom plantation shutters in Ladera Ranch

Ladera Ranch is nine miles south of our Lake Forest factory, about thirteen minutes on the 5. The LR homes we install in are mostly newer-build master-planned floor plans from Avendale, Covenant Hills, Oak Knoll Village, and the Bridgeport tracts. These were built with consistent window scales and trim profiles, which means we recognize most of them on a measurement visit before we walk in.

The most common request in Ladera Ranch is real basswood plantation shutters in white, 3.5-inch louver, standard detail frame, across most of the home with a 4.5-inch louver upgrade in the family room and primary suite where openings are larger. For the homes along the western edge with hillside views and stronger afternoon sun, our Polylux hybrid is the right call for west-facing rooms.

Two-story foyers and bumped-out bay windows show up often in Covenant Hills and the larger Avendale homes. Our 48-inch panel maximum covers the wider sliders and the foyer openings without requiring a center mullion. The continuous tilt rod approach means upper and lower panels operate cleanly from a standing position.

A nine-mile drive means same-week consultation and install scheduling is the default. Once the order is placed and material is ready, panels go from the finish booth to your house in a single morning. The crew that builds the panels installs them.
